Set design for Mesh Masrahieh, a new live television format that combines debate and performance, created by Joe Maalouf and produced by MTV Lebanon. The concept reinterprets the traditional theater environment into a contemporary broadcast stage, combining dramatic red velvet curtains, reflective black flooring, integrated LED contours, and a circular arena that places dialogue at the center of the experience.

The spatial layout was designed to support multiple formats within one unified set: debates, interviews, live audience interaction, performances, and theatrical scenes. Tiered audience seating wraps around the stage to create intimacy and energy, while elevated side booths introduce additional layers for commentary, guests, or musicians. <pre>Lighting and materiality played a key role in shaping the identity of the show, balancing cinematic atmosphere with the technical precision required for television production. The result is a versatile, immersive set that merges stagecraft and broadcast design into one bold visual language.
