This project reimagines an existing building through the introduction of a contemporary double-skin facade, redefining its identity while preserving its structural base. A lightweight metal mesh envelope wraps the upper levels, creating a distinct architectural layer that enhances both performance and visual presence.
The facade acts as a climatic buffer, reducing solar gain while allowing natural ventilation and filtered daylight. Its semi-transparent quality reveals internal activity and integrated greenery, establishing a dynamic relationship between interior and exterior.
