Conceived as a new architectural identity for Whish Money, the flagship store redefines the traditional financial service environment through a contemporary, open, and refined spatial experience. The design emphasizes generous volumes and a sense of openness, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury while maintaining functionality and accessibility.Translucent polycarbonate partitions define the mezzanine's private offices, allowing natural light to filter through while preserving privacy and visual continuity. At the heart of the space, a monolithic service counter is paired with a large-scale digital mesh backdrop, establishing a dialogue between solid architectural forms and dynamic technology.

Beyond the main reception, the space unfolds into a series of dedicated service areas, each designed to accommodate different levels of interaction and privacy. Self-service ATM stations, digital displays, and more intimate consultation counters are integrated into a cohesive architectural language, allowing technology to become part of the spatial experience rather than simply an added function.

Extending the flagship store beyond its conventional financial functions, the coffee shop introduces a social dimension to the project, transforming it into a destination rather than simply a place for transactions. Located on the ground floor, it benefits from an independent entrance directly accessible from the main highway and building entrance, allowing it to operate autonomously while maintaining a discreet internal connection to the flagship store. This dual-access strategy creates a semi-private environment that welcomes both the general public and Whish customers. Conceived as a key attraction within the overall project, the café encourages visitors to engage with the space beyond their immediate financial needs, increasing foot traffic and strengthening the relationship between the brand and its community.
